The Story of Muqee Peeko
The Tale of Muqee Peeko
Once upon a time in New Jersey, there lived a one-year-old boy named Noah. He had a little orange fleece blanket with a giraffe on it that was given to him as a gift when he was born. Noah also had a small pillow with red and blue cars on the case. This little boy loved his blanket and pillow so much that he carried them out of bed with him every morning when he woke up and always kept them nearby throughout the day. He called them his Muqee and Peeko, which in toddler talk meant blanket and pillow. Year after year the little boy grew older, but Muqee and Peeko remained by his side. And Although Noah is a big kid now, they are still on his bed to this day.
For our family, Muqee Peeko represents a child’s sweet journey from a baby to a big kid and all of the beautiful moments in between that live in our hearts. And as many parents do, we still see our children now as we did then. Rubbing the sleep out of their eyes, carrying their blanket and pillow with a smile, and ready to make each day their own happily ever after.
